Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee approval, publication, promotion, partnership, or a paid opportunity.

Not every opportunity will be paid, and not every opportunity will include the same level of promotion. The final pathway will be determined after review.

All collaborations must feel natural, trustworthy, and aligned with the Provoking Perspectives audience. We do not accept every partnership request.

Provoking Perspectives reserves the right to decline opportunities that do not align with the brand’s mission, values, audience, or content direction.

Some guest, business spotlight, collaboration, or partner opportunities may involve paid visibility or promotional support.

Paid opportunities may include added services such as:

Pricing, deliverables, payment terms, and timelines will be discussed directly after review and approval.

Submitting an application or inquiry does not require payment. Payment is only discussed when a paid opportunity is recommended and accepted.

Approved guests, collaborators, featured participants, and media contributors may be required to complete a release or consent form before recording, publishing, promotion, or content distribution.

By participating in a recorded interview, media feature, business spotlight, or collaboration, participants may grant Provoking Perspectives permission to record, edit, publish, distribute, promote, and repurpose approved content across platforms.

This may include use on:

  • The Provoking Perspectives website
  • Podcast platforms
  • YouTube or video platforms
  • Social media platforms
  • Email newsletters
  • Promotional materials
  • Community platforms
  • Future media or editorial content

Guest content will not be published until required consent or release documentation has been completed when applicable.

Recording & Participation Expectations

For podcast interviews, video conversations, live discussions, or recorded features, guests are expected to participate professionally and respectfully.

Guests should be prepared to:

  • Join from a quiet location
  • Use a reliable internet connection
  • Use headphones when possible
  • Arrive on time
  • Review any preparation materials provided
  • Communicate scheduling conflicts as soon as possible
  • Participate in a thoughtful and respectful conversation

Provoking Perspectives values authentic dialogue. Guests do not need to have scripted answers. The goal is meaningful conversation, not perfection.

Content Editing & Publishing

Provoking Perspectives reserves the right to edit, format, repurpose, publish, delay, or decline content at its discretion.

This may include editing for:

  • Length
  • Audio or video quality
  • Brand alignment
  • Audience relevance
  • Platform formatting
  • Promotional use
  • Content flow

Participation in an interview, recording, submission, or collaboration does not guarantee that all content will be published.

Provoking Perspectives may choose not to publish content if it does not meet platform standards, presents reputational concerns, lacks necessary permissions, or no longer aligns with the direction of the brand.

Communication & Response Times

Provoking Perspectives is currently in an early growth stage. Response times may vary depending on volume, availability, launch preparation, and production priorities.

Applicants and collaborators should allow reasonable time for review and follow-up.

If more information is needed, a member from the Provoking Perspectives team may contact the applicant directly before making a final decision.

Respectful Engagement Standard

Guests, collaborators, partners, and community members are expected to engage with professionalism, honesty, and respect.

Provoking Perspectives does not support harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, exploitation, misinformation, or conduct that harms the integrity of the platform or its community.

Any participant who violates these standards may be declined, removed, unpublished, or excluded from future opportunities.

No Guarantee of Results

Provoking Perspectives may provide visibility, storytelling, promotional support, media exposure, or audience access through approved opportunities.

However, Provoking Perspectives does not guarantee:

All promotional and visibility opportunities are offered in good faith based on agreed deliverables, platform capacity, and content strategy.
